Benjamin Kooijman Msc (1975) and ing. Jorg van Lith (1974) have forged a close-knit partnership for more than 15 years, working together to realize profitable real estate projects.

Ben is an experienced development and operations manager with more than 15 years of experience in the real-estate sector. Alongside his strengths during the operational stage, he feels equally at home throughout the acquisition, initiation and planning phases, during which the scope and quality of a project, and its associated feasibility, is determined.

Jorg has been active in the real-estate sector for over 12 years, as a business owner and project developer. He has supervised a wide variety of projects from start to completion, including new construction and redevelopments, public and private projects. He has extensive experience in feasibility analyses and the systematic supervision of large-scale and complex projects.
